Meet the Team

I consider myself to be a Maine summer native, as my parents bought a crumbling camp on Islesboro in 1977. Having now lived in Maine for two decades, I cannot imagine living anywhere else. My professional life has centered around the built environment - first at Smith College, then as a graduate student at the Winterthur Program, and finally completing a PhD in Early American Culture from Brandeis, where I studied women’s ownership of property in colonial New Hampshire.

 

Professionally, I have worked as an art and antiques appraiser in San Francisco, a real estate appraiser for nearly a decade, and for the last 9 years as a real estate agent at Keller Williams, where I founded and led the Abode Group. The Abode Group is both the largest and most successful team at Keller Williams Maine, and I consider it an honor to lead this group of talented and ethical real estate experts.

As ABODE’s Director of Marketing, Hannah combines strategic creativity with a deep passion for crafting exceptional client experiences. Before joining the ABODE Team, she worked closely with the CEO of a boutique brokerage in New York City — where one day she might be coordinating a marketing campaign and the next unlocking the door to a $20M penthouse. That breadth of experience continues to shape her ability to support clients with confidence and care at every level of the market.

 

Guided by storytelling, she focuses on showcasing the character and potential of every home in a way that drives meaningful value for clients. A master’s degree in Digital Marketing Strategy from Trinity College Dublin — and a life lived in places near and far — inform her thoughtful approach, combining data-driven insight, elevated design, and genuine connection to ensure each home’s story is seen and felt.

 

Returning to Maine — and joining the family business — is proof that you can explore the world and still end up right where you’re meant to be: talking about real estate. On weekends, you’ll likely find her at a farmers’ market, reading the Financial Times, or playing tennis. And even if you’re not house-hunting, Hannah has travel and restaurant recommendations for most places on the map, with Tokyo holding the current “must-return-to-soon” title.
